CCC#30 Altered metal with paint

Wow it's hard to believe we're done 30 challenges already and I've loved everyone one of them. This week Linda over at StudioL3 has chosen the challenge from page 48 of the Compendium of Curiosities book--Altered Metal with paint. Since I've been making VD cards this week I thought I do one for the challenge . I followed the instructions and used gold on the little key I'm also going to enter this in a few other challenges as well

What a cool, beautiful valentine, Marilyn! The big, bold heart looks so wonderful with the "love" definition and the classy, black scallops and flourish. Great use of the altered metal technique, too, and the little ticket is the perfect addition!
