What a nice surprise to find out this morning that my name was chosen for the PBSC#91 last week . The challenge was to make a easel card . It's always fun entering these challenges but with so many entries one never expects to win . Thanks and have a great day .

S2GSC#46 Cheshire Cat

This week over at Shirley's 2girls sketch challenge they want you to use the digital image they are giving as a freebie (Cheshire Cat). I'm not a cat lover but what the heck it's only a card and I did have fun making it. I colored the image with copic markers , cut it out with spellbinders curved rectangles, sponge around edge with antique linen while still in the die. Paper pierced the swirls and connected holes with black marker for faux stitching. C/S was co-ordinations and Bazzil, DP unknown.

This weeks challenge over at Shirley2girls twisted thursday challenge is to use the color GREEN on your card. I don't often use green to today I like how my card turned out .
Supplies used:
Stamp: Pure Innocence Fairy Girl MFT
Paper: BG and Prism C/S
Inks: Memento rich cocoa, brushed cordroy distressed ink,broken china DI.
Accessories: Copic markers,spellbinders circle and scallop circle dies,label3,sizzix swirl die, SU window punch, MS lattice punch , Stickles , Flower soft(sage),Dew Drops.
I paper pieced the girls dress and added flower soft to the grass and buttons on her shoes.I used a stipple brush to add some blue around the image .

OCC sketch Challenge

This is my card for the OCC sketch challenge this week. The image is a free digital image that I downloaded from here http://digitaltuesday.blogspot.com .I colored with copic markers added liquid applique for fur around the edge of her coat and tiny pearl .

The textures I used are the ribbon ,embossing with CB folders ,liquid applique and copic markers
