Thought the challenge over at PBS challenge this week was interesting ,had never done a paper patch card so thought I'd give it a try . Here's my card .

Stamptacular Sunday Challenge #64 cute as a bug

A little late getting this posted for challenge over at Stamptacular Sunday this week . The challenge was to have a bug on your card . I made this card for my SIL who has been home recovering from surgery she had recently . Thought this might cheer her up . The image is by Inkadinkadoo . I stamped it on vellum,embossed with clear EP ,cut it out,added some stickles and attached to card . The punch is by MS .

Went to a Tim Holtz technique class at the Scrap and Shop in Antigonish last evening and one of the things we were asked to do was make something using the techniques we learned . Here's a card that I did using distress inks and perfect pearls . The image is by Inkadinkado, sentiment Tim Holtz's collection. Thinking of summer reminds me of going to the beach and looking for shells ,making sand castles with my grandkids and taking nice long walks.
