Since the Winter Olympics are just around the corner and I was watching the skateboarding on TV today, I thought this card would be so appropriate for the challenge. The stamps are from SU. DP Bo-Bunny .

Torch Bearer

Today I finished a scrapbook page of my brother carrying the olympic torch in St.John's ,NL. He was so proud to have been chosen by a friend that he coached and mentored years ago in hockey . Needless to say he purchased his torch to pass on to his kids.

I was going through some photos last evening and came acroos this photo that I took a few years ago at Bowering Park ,Nfld. After seeing a sketch in this months Scrapbooking and Beyond I decided this photo would be perfect for this layout.The LO was designed by Debbie Danielson. Happy New Year

Just using up some scraps of DP that I had left from a card class . I really don't have many stamps for new year cards but I thought this DP would work well with the martinque stamp . I stamped the image with memento ink colored with copic markers and added frosted stickles on the rim and base of the glass to give it a frosted look. Happy New Year everyone .
