Oh dear I have really been neglecting my blog recently just saw that my last post was almost 2 months ago . My SIL was visiting with us from Aug.15 to Sept. 21 so I was playing the hostess and tour guide while she was here . We did quite a bit of travelling around Nova Scotia taking in Cape Breton, Halifax area and some of the Southern Shore . I really enjoyed having her . Now since my house is bacd in order I have spent a few days playing in my favorite spot. Here's a card I did for the the challenge this week over at Just Rite stamps . I've seen several criss cross cards while browsing various blogs so decided to try one for this challenge. Paper used was from the Prima collection Fairy Flora , stamp from JR Elegant Frames(one of my favorites) stamped in CTMH Pansy ink and then layered on orange, violet and lavender c/s . The flower I make freehand from a tutorial I saw on You Tube . I used a velcro dot to hold the criss cross together and then wrapped sheer ribbon around the card and tied with a bow . The ribbon can be slipped off to open the card.

Talking about wonderful...your card is! The paper is so pretty and you definitely planned out the cuts perfectly to show off the pretty floral.
So happy to see another beautiful card from you!
