Just wanted to share a second card I made for this weeks challenge over at JRS. I used the stamped set Black Eyed Susan Vintage Labels Five again . This is such a wonderful stamp set and can be used for almost any occasion. Since I don't own the Spellbinder dies that coordinate with these stamps I stamped and cut out the frame freehand then attached it to a doily which just happened to be laying on my desk ( the doily is CLD Nautical Wheel). The butterfly was also stamped and colored with copic markers and cut out freehand. I added some fake stitching around the edge of the pattern paper and stamped decorative corners in gold in each corner .To finish my card I punched a border on a strip of white c/s and added some Washi tape . I really like how the Washi tape made the border pop . I placed the doily a little above the top edge of the card . This was a fun and easy card to make .

Thanks for looking

Pretty colour combo and nice doily die. I like that the doily is over the top edge.

What a fancy doily! Such pretty colors and papers. I love that sentiment and butterfly! Enjoy the day!
That did look like a fun card to make and the tape totally accentuates the border!
Beautiful card, Marilyn!
