Mixed Media Plaque

Just wanted to share a little mixed media project I made recently with a wooden plaque that a friend had given me some time ago  and had said "Anxious to see what you'll do with this " . I just purchased some of Tim's new Distressed Paints so  wanted to tried them out along with the Wendy Vecchi "s Embossing Pastes. Flowers were made from grunge paper and Tim's  Tattered Floral Die then colored with distress stains .I used the Translucent embossing paste for the script stencil and Modeling paste for the honeycomb. The Bicycle is a memory box die . The butterfly I had made sometime ago following one of Andrea Walford's  tutorials .

I entering this in:

A Vintage Journey Challenge #1 Anything Tim's

Thanks for stopping by and taking a peak .

Glad you found the plaque useful! It's almost time to get out the Easter wallhanging I made with my plaque.

Love all the textures and what you did with the stencil and paste. Hope you win!
