Compendum Curiosities Challenge #15 Alcohol Ink Agate on Grunge

Oh those challenges going on over at StudioL3 sure make you think . This week the challenge is taken from page 53 of Tim's book --Alcohol Ink Agate on Grunge. I decided to do a hanging for this week . The background is done following the tech. on page 53,then embossed with the Allegro CB folder. The bird cage and bird is done with the same tech. Added some brown pearls for embellishment as well as the flowers and swirl clasp from Tim's collection. Thanks Linda for another wonderful challenge.

This is fabulous, Marilyn! The embossed background looks amazing, and I love that you did the agate technique on both that and the birdcage. Your color choices could not be prettier-- they're perfectly vintage and so soft. Great idea to use the hinge die cut as the hanger for the cage-- and the swivel clips to hang the piece itself.

This is darling!
