National Cardmaking Day is just around the corner (Oct.2) and Deborah over at Fargo Cat Design is planning an all day card making workshop. I have been asked to do 2 cards one of which I'll post now and the other later. Both cards will be using the new Penny Black stamps that Fargo Cat Designs have in the store .

This is fabulous, love the effect of the background. Please, give us a description of your technique.
My fav colours - blue and cream. I just love this card Marilyn! It could be for Christmas but also a nice winter hello card. Did you brayer the background, or is it sponged?
I took some stamped images to Julie's and have been colouring when I get a chance. Visited Carsand Mosher again...Oh, oh, another place to spend lots of $$$! LOL
